Join us at Guns and Noses for our 6-week Puppy Perfection programme! This comprehensive training course covers all the basics of raising a puppy, with each week focusing on a different topic. Plus, you'll get a goody bag on week one to help kickstart your puppy's journey to perfection. In addition, you'll receive 5 eBooks covering: 1 - Troubleshooting for puppies 2- Recall 3 -Puppy perfection training course 4-Enrichment 5-Zapping your puppies Zoomies If you cannot attend a week then unfortunately there is no alternative option. Children are welcome to join in on the course provided they are accompanied by an adult. T&C app

Cancellation Policy
These terms and conditions are applicable to all services that are booked with Guns and Noses. *Puppy classes have multiple dates and are a group booking, if you cannot attend all 6 there is no other alternative *All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking, refunds will only be issued if the booking is cancelled more than 5 days in advance of the booking. However, any cancellations will incur a £5 admin charge, plus a percentage of the total cost, this is due to PayPal or Square fees. The percentage will vary dependent on the price of the service. * Rescheduling is also possible 5 days prior to the event starting, you can do this through the confirmation email that you receive. *No bitches in season are allowed at any of the facilities. The place will still be charged for if cancelled within 5 days of the booking. * Spaces that are cancelled due to illness of either the handler or the dog within 5 days of the booking will still be charged at the full rate. *If you are late for your appointment, there is not be an option to increase the duration due to a booking after you, it is your responsibility to be on time, even for online sessions. *We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, in these instances you will be given a voucher to enable you to rebook. (due to excessive weather conditions, illness of the instructors or their family members or venue issues) *It is your responsibility to check the confirmation email/texts the day before to check the date and time, please read the messages that are sent. If you miss a class or appointment due to a rescheduling of appointments there is no refund option.
