📄 Terms & Conditions – Training Plans: Eligibility Training plans are available to clients aged 18 and over. Children may attend sessions when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Booking Flexibility: Plans operate on a Pay-As-You-Train basis unless otherwise specified. You choose your preferred session dates and times, subject to availability. Spaces cannot be reserved without confirmed booking. Plan Duration: Each plan is valid for a set timeframe, typically between 6 to 9 months, depending on the package selected. All sessions must be used within the allotted time unless agreed otherwise in writing. Discount Structure: Discounted plans offer savings (e.g. £30 off across 200 bookings). Discounts apply only to sessions booked within the plan and cannot be transferred to other services. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 5 days notice. Late cancellations may be non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed Sessions: Missed appointments without notice are considered forfeited. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed under discounted plans. Trainer Availability: All sessions are led by Helen Taylor unless otherwise stated. On rare occasions, a qualified substitute may run a class to maintain continuity. Location: Group sessions are held at venues such as Helen’s Yard in Newland and Simply K9 Ltd in Brough. Venues may vary between indoor and outdoor settings depending on the session. Dog Suitability: Mixed ability classes are suitable for dogs aged 6 months and older. Reactive dogs should begin with a 1:1 session before joining group classes. All dogs must be under effective control during sessions. Health & Safety: Please refrain from attending if your dog or anyone in your household is unwell. Compliance with venue guidelines and trainer instructions is required for everyone’s safety.
