Service Description
ONLY DURING SPRING AND SUMMER Last one in SEPTEMBER. 🐾 Group Walk & Café Experience – For Our Inner Circle Join us for a relaxed countryside stroll created especially for Guns & Noses alumni. This event is open exclusively to previous clients, meaning all dogs are familiar with the expectations and comfortable working around others—keeping the walk calm, social, and enjoyable. After our scenic walk, we’ll head to Dog and Deli in Eastrington to relax, chat, and enjoy some well-earned refreshments. It’s a lovely chance to reconnect, practice real-world skills, and celebrate how far you and your dog have come. Think friendly, supportive, and low-pressure… with wagging tails and good conversation guaranteed. 💷 Price £25 per place (extra dogs no charge, extra people just pay for what they eat/drink at the café) Food and drinks are purchased and paid for individually at Dog and Deli.

Cancellation Policy
📄T&C – At a Glance ✅ 1. Payment & Refunds All sessions must be paid at the time of booking. Refunds are only available if cancelled more than 5 days before your appointment. A £5 admin fee + processing charges apply to all refunds. 📆 2. Rescheduling Your Session You can reschedule up to 5 days before the event via your confirmation email. Changes within 5 days are subject to full charge. 🐶 3. Puppy Classes Puppy Perfection is a 6-week programme. These dates are fixed—no makeup sessions available for missed weeks. 🚫 4. Bitches in Season Not permitted at any training facility. Cancellations within 5 days still incur the full fee. 🤒 5. Illness & Absence Cancellations due to illness (dog or handler) within 5 days are non-refundable. ⏰ 6. Late Arrival Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals. This applies to in-person and online sessions. 🌦️ 7. Trainer Cancellations In case of venue issues, illness, or extreme weather, we may reschedule or cancel. A voucher will be provided to rebook your session. 📩 8. Your Responsibility Check confirmation messages for time and location updates. Missed sessions due to schedule changes are non-refundable.
