Service Description
🐾 1 hour Gundog Training for Pet Dogs – With Guns & Noses Step into a field-inspired journey with your dog, guided by Helen’s expert approach. These hands-on sessions combine playful energy with purposeful techniques, giving pet dogs the chance to explore gundog-style skills in a supportive and structured way. From steadiness and recall to retrieving and focus work, each class is tailored to help you progress toward your ShootingSky Awards—whether you're just starting out or refining what you’ve already begun. It's a fulfilling way to strengthen your bond, build confidence, and enjoy quality time outdoors. 📅 Spaces are limited and go fast! If your preferred date is fully booked, simply join the waiting list and we’ll let you know as soon as new spaces open. Sessions fill quickly, so if dates are fully booked, be sure to join the waiting list—we’ll let you know as soon as new opportunities become available.

Cancellation Policy
📄T&C – At a Glance ✅ 1. Payment & Refunds All sessions must be paid at the time of booking. Refunds are only available if cancelled more than 5 days before your appointment. A £5 admin fee + processing charges apply to all refunds. 📆 2. Rescheduling Your Session You can reschedule up to 5 days before the event via your confirmation email. Changes within 5 days are subject to full charge. 🐶 3. Puppy Classes Puppy Perfection is a 6-week programme. These dates are fixed—no makeup sessions available for missed weeks. 🚫 4. Bitches in Season Not permitted at any training facility. Cancellations within 5 days still incur the full fee. 🤒 5. Illness & Absence Cancellations due to illness (dog or handler) within 5 days are non-refundable. ⏰ 6. Late Arrival Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals. This applies to in-person and online sessions. 🌦️ 7. Trainer Cancellations In case of venue issues, illness, or extreme weather, we may reschedule or cancel. A voucher will be provided to rebook your session. 📩 8. Your Responsibility Check confirmation messages for time and location updates. Missed sessions due to schedule changes are non-refundable.
