Puppy Perfection Programme – 6 Weeks of Calm, Confident Beginnings. Join us at Guns & Noses for a supportive and engaging 6-week course designed to help you raise a happy, well-mannered puppy. Each week explores a key theme of puppy development—from recall to enrichment—giving you the tools to build trust, focus, and confidence the right way. 🎁 Get started with a goody bag in week one, packed with helpful training tools to kick off your puppy’s journey. 📚 Plus, you’ll receive exclusive access to 5 practical eBooks covering: Puppy Troubleshooting Recall Foundations Course Companion Guide Enrichment Essentials Managing Puppy Zoomies 👨‍👩‍👧 Children are welcome to take part when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Cancellation Policy

📄T&C – At a Glance ✅ 1. Payment & Refunds All sessions must be paid at the time of booking. Refunds are only available if cancelled more than 5 days before your appointment. A £5 admin fee + processing charges apply to all refunds. 🐶 2. Puppy Classes Puppy Perfection is a 6-week programme. These dates are fixed—no makeup sessions available for missed weeks. 🚫 3. Bitches in Season Not permitted at any training facility. Cancellations within 5 days still incur the full fee. 🤒 4. Illness & Absence Cancellations due to illness (dog or handler) within 5 days are non-refundable. ⏰ 7. Late Arrival Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals. This applies to in-person and online sessions. 🌦️ 8. Trainer Cancellations In case of venue issues, illness, or extreme weather, we may reschedule or cancel. A voucher will be provided to rebook your session. 📩 9. Your Responsibility Check confirmation messages for time and location updates. Missed sessions due to schedule changes are non-refundable.
