🦆 Cold Game Gundog Experience – Real Field Experience Helen will provide the cold game (and yes, the tights too!) so your dog can get hands-on experience with realistic training materials. This session is designed to simulate fieldwork, helping to refine natural instincts and build confidence. Please note: this isn’t for the squeamish! If fur and feathers make you shudder, this may not be your ideal day out. This opportunity is open exclusively to existing clients, ensuring a trusted, supportive environment for you and your dog.

📄T&C – At a Glance ✅ 1. Payment & Refunds All sessions must be paid at the time of booking. Refunds are only available if cancelled more than 5 days before your appointment. A £5 admin fee + processing charges apply to all refunds. 📆 2. Rescheduling Your Session You can reschedule up to 5 days before the event via your confirmation email. Changes within 5 days are subject to full charge. 🐶 3. Puppy Classes Puppy Perfection is a 6-week programme. These dates are fixed—no makeup sessions available for missed weeks. 🚫 4. Bitches in Season Not permitted at any training facility. Cancellations within 5 days still incur the full fee. 🤒 5. Illness & Absence Cancellations due to illness (dog or handler) within 5 days are non-refundable. ⏰ 6. Late Arrival Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals. This applies to in-person and online sessions. 🌦️ 7. Trainer Cancellations In case of venue issues, illness, or extreme weather, we may reschedule or cancel. A voucher will be provided to rebook your session. 📩 8. Your Responsibility Check confirmation messages for time and location updates. Missed sessions due to schedule changes are non-refundable.
